These terms cover your use of www.netveva.com. By using the site you accept them.
Buying Faheem, running a pilot, booking training or engaging us for consultancy is governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Using the site
You may read the site, share links to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not try to break into it, overload it or probe it for weaknesses, send the forms false details or details that are not yours, or pass yourself off as someone else. Reading the public pages by machine is welcome; the rules for crawlers are in robots.txt.
What the site says
The site describes Netveva, Faheem and our training and consultancy as they stand on the date a page was last updated. Products, features, courses, prices and partners change. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation or a promise of a particular result. A written proposal or agreement from Netveva is the document that binds us.
Your Faheem account
If Netveva has given you an account to sign in to Faheem, it is for you alone. Keep the password to yourself, change it if you think someone else has it, and tell us. We may suspend or close an account to protect a system, or when the agreement it came with ends.
Our content and marks
The text, drawings, images, code and layout of the site belong to Netveva unless marked otherwise. Netveva, Faheem and فهيم are our names and marks. The names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and appear to say who we have worked with or partnered with, not to suggest that they endorse us.
Other services
The booking calendar is run by Calendly, WhatsApp by Meta, and links on the site lead to LinkedIn and other sites. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for how they work.
Your data
What we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask of us is set out in the privacy policy.
No warranty, and liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care over what it says, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Netveva is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on it. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Abu Dhabi. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away a protection your own law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date at the top. Using the site after that is acceptance of the new terms.
