Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This page says what we collect when you use netveva.com or write to us, why, who processes it for us, how long it is kept, and what you can ask of us.
The short version: we collect what you give us in order to get back to you, we measure the site in totals rather than people, we set no advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Netveva is an AI company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with an office in Sydney, Australia. We build Faheem, the sovereign agentic AI platform, and provide AI training and consultancy. This policy covers www.netveva.com and what you send us through it. For anything in it, write to adam@netveva.com.
What we collect, and why
We collect what you give us, and only what the situation needs.
- The contact form. Your name, work email and company, what the message is about, the message itself, and a phone number if you choose to give one. We use it to reply and to follow up on what you asked.
- Booking a demo. The calendar on our booking page is run by Calendly, which collects your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give, under the Calendly privacy notice. Calendly sends us the booking.
- A course outline. Your name, email, phone number and position, so we can send the outline and answer questions about the course.
- The Faheem tour. Your work email, role and company, and the industry you pick, so we can follow up after the tour.
- WhatsApp, phone, email and LinkedIn. Whatever you send us. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
- A Faheem account. If Netveva has given you an account to sign in to Faheem, we hold your name, email and password (stored only as a hash), which Faheem installations you may enter, and a log of sign-in attempts with the time, IP address, browser and outcome, so that the account can be kept secure. Accounts are created by us; there is no public sign-up.
Where your visit came from
When you arrive from a link we have shared, the link may carry a short tag, for example the name of a LinkedIn post or a business card. We store that tag, the first page you opened and the name of the site that sent you, in your browser, for 90 days. It is attached to anything you send us, so we know which post or card led to the conversation. It is not shared with advertisers and it does not identify you on its own.
How we measure the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, from which country and on what kind of device, which buttons are clicked, how far down a page people read, and whether a form is started and sent. Neither sets a cookie. A visitor is told apart by a hash that cannot be turned back into you and that resets every day, and we see totals, not people. No advertising network receives anything from this site.
Cookies and browser storage
The site itself sets no cookies. It keeps three small values in the local storage of your browser: the source tag above, for 90 days; a mark that tells our analytics to ignore the browsing of our own team; and a motion preference, if you set one. A Faheem account uses a session cookie on netveva.com to keep you signed in. The Calendly calendar on the booking page may set cookies inside its own frame, under the Calendly policy.
Who handles it for us
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. These companies process it on our behalf, each for one job.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the analytics. Vercel is a United States company with servers in the United States and Europe.
- Google keeps our record of enquiries in Google Sheets and carries our email, through Google Workspace.
- Calendly runs the demo calendar.
- Meta carries WhatsApp messages, if you choose to write to us there.
- Our own Faheem system, on servers we run, files each enquiry and prepares a draft reply for one of us to read and approve before anything is sent.
Vercel, Google and Calendly store data outside the United Arab Emirates. We rely on their contractual data-protection commitments for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, bookings and tour sign-ups are kept while we are in touch and for up to three years after the last contact, in case the conversation resumes. Account data is kept while the account exists and for twelve months after it is closed. Analytics are held as totals by Vercel. We delete sooner on request.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR, you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to adam@netveva.com and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or to the data protection authority where you live.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. The keys that reach our records and our systems are held on the server and never sent to a browser. What you send us is read by the founders and by the people on the team who need it to answer you. Passwords are stored only as hashes, and every sign-in attempt is logged.
Children
The site is for organisations and the people who work in them. It is not aimed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top. A change that matters to you is explained on this page.
