In-Country · Single-Tenant · Managed

Your data stays in the country. We run the hardware.

The full Faheem platform on dedicated, single-tenant servers inside your country. No shared public cloud, no foreign region, no data leaving your borders. Managed by Netveva, isolated to you.

Deployment model

Residency without the server room.

The trade is stated plainly: not in your building, but in your country, dedicated to you, and managed for you. You give up building-level physical control and gain speed and elasticity, while residency and single-tenancy are preserved.

  • Dedicated single-tenant servers: no shared public cloud, no other tenants, no foreign region.
  • In-country AI hosting, so data residency requirements are met by construction.
  • Faster to stand up than an on-premises installation, and elastic when your workload grows.
  • The same agentic capability and the same tamper-evident audit chain as Faheem Sovereign.
  • Managed by Netveva under contract, with every administrative action landing in the black box.

Where your data goes

A closed loop, inside your borders.

Where Sovereign draws the boundary at your building, Private Cloud draws it at your country. Inside that line: dedicated servers, encrypted links, and nothing shared with anyone.

No shared public cloud. No foreign region. Nothing crosses the border.

What you get

The full platform, minus the hardware.

Every core Faheem capability, running on infrastructure dedicated to you.

Agentic, not a chatbot

Works a Kanban board on its own: triage, work, self-review, done. Failures retry once, then escalate to you on Telegram with full context.

Tamper-evident black box

The same SHA-256 hash-chained audit as Sovereign, recording every query, file operation and outbound byte. Managed operations are logged too.

GCC compliance, evaluated live

Total data privacy control across all six Gulf states, scored from real system state, with the offline Sovereign Report PDF one click away.

Sovereign knowledge base

Local RAG over your private documents with cited sources, in Arabic and English. Indexed on your dedicated servers, nowhere else.

Fast to stand up, elastic to scale

No procurement cycle for hardware. Deploy in weeks, then grow capacity as adoption grows, without touching a server room.

Secrets stay secret

Credentials are injected by reference from a vault on your dedicated instance. The model never sees raw values.

Who it is for

For teams that need residency and speed.

Private Cloud fits organisations with hard in-country data requirements that do not want to stand up and operate their own GPU infrastructure.

  • Enterprises with strict AI data residency requirements
  • Government-adjacent entities without their own data centres
  • Banks and insurers moving faster than a hardware procurement cycle
  • Organisations piloting before committing to on-premises hardware

Under the hood

Same stack as Sovereign, different boundary.

Private Cloud runs the identical Faheem platform. The only thing that changes is where the boundary sits and who operates the machines.

The other tiers

Same platform. Different boundary.

Private Cloud keeps residency and isolation while Netveva runs the machines. If you need building-level physical control, Sovereign is the flagship. If some workloads need frontier models, Shield adds a privacy gateway.

Questions, answered

Faheem Private Cloud, in plain terms.

Which country is it hosted in?

Yours. Private Cloud deployments are scoped to your jurisdiction, on dedicated in-country infrastructure, and the region is agreed in writing during scoping, before anything is deployed.

Is it single-tenant or shared?

Single-tenant, always. Your Faheem runs on servers dedicated to your organisation. There is no shared public cloud, no co-tenants and no pooled infrastructure.

Who can access it?

Your users use Faheem; Netveva manages the underlying infrastructure under contract. Administrative access is controlled, and every action, including ours, is written to the same tamper-evident black box you can verify at any time.

How is residency guaranteed?

By construction: the servers are physically in your country, the AI models run on those servers, and there are no external AI calls. The compliance matrix scores residency from live system state, not from a policy document.

How does it differ from Faheem Sovereign?

Same product, different boundary. Sovereign runs on hardware you own inside your building, with an optional full air gap. Private Cloud runs on dedicated servers in your country, managed for you. The capability and the audit are identical.

Can we migrate to Sovereign later?

Yes. It is the same system, so a Private Cloud deployment can move onto your own hardware when you are ready. Many clients start here and graduate to a full on-premises installation.
